Swedish Ivy and Rosemary

I saw this sad looking rosemary at the grocery store. The guy was marking down to 80 cents. How could I NOT buy it? I came home ,soaked the roots in water, repotted it and it is thriving now. Is it a sign that I am more worried about how the plants will make the drive than  how the KIDS will sit in the van(DVD PLAYER! SNACKS! COLORING! Stops with Mcdonald’sIndoor Playground) I have kept my favourite and sold about 7 pots so far. With aheavy heart, I parted ways with them.

tried growing mint? awesome fragrance and the flavour of the fresh leaves is unbeatable.

Me:I had it once and I overplucked and it didnt come back. Will try it once in the new place. Also for next year, I am going to do a vegetable plot..Tomatoes,peppers and the whole works

Wow they look so good. I love having indoor plants but after having brutally killed a few the husband wont let me anywhere near one!

Me:Rofl..Most people kill plants by either overwatering or under..Try cactus and when that one flourishes, you can start growing others

Same here. You know they say you shouldn’t have a kid if you can’ keep a plant alive. Well, there’s one advice I didn’t follow ;-)

    Hows the move coming along?
I bought a very non-fussy indoor plant and managed to kill it in record time. For the 2 months that my parents were here with us,my dad took such good care of it.I let it die within a week of their departure :(
My MIL is in town for a month so have been kinda busy and MIA from the blog world.

Me:Ohh..mil in town, so you should have more blog fodder. :) Whats up with you plant killers!!

  5. ooh – if i were you i’d try and take that lovely red wall along as well :)
