MM had a post about her tree decorating. And since I couldnt think of anything else to blog. I decided to post pictures of the handmade ornaments the kids have made over the past 3 years. Samar was pretty upset, he went around the whole tree looking for his picture/ornament. Since he doesnt go to school yet, he didnt make one. But the girls and I are going to make one for him this weekend.

Self-made stuff is more fun and festive-y than readymade stuff na?! Nice!
Such wonderful memories! I love the eyes on the stick…
Nice….we have gold dipped pinecones, a star ornament made by inserting toothpicks into a foam ball and dipping the whole thing in glitter, and various other kid-craft stuff…
Wanted to ask – does the live tree work for you, re: allergies? Tree pollen is one of the worst allergens in our household, with both my son and I severely allergic to it, but it makes us wheeze – our food allergens are milder and manageable.
Many public places here have started setting up artificial trees, both for the environmental reason, and because so many kids are allergic to the pine…

Me:You know I never thought it would affect him. It doesnt seem too though. He isnt breaking out now is having any wheezing or anything like that. That was one thing he tested negative for, tree pollen and cat and dog.
sweet! We have been trying to get a tree..since last two weekends..but damn the weather.I think we’ll settle for an artificial one.
Oh,and did u get my email?
Me:Yup. You got mine?
love the picture frames. what a cute idea!
Me:Yeah I still dont have one for the youngest child.
ooh. awesome! I love this. must make some…
Me:Ohh do make some
Thanks for coming by my blog. The blog thing is new to me and I am still learning to do stuff with it and trying to figure what direction it goes in. So much to explore.
The tree ornaments are lovely!
The holidays are begining to stress me out. Today was supposed to be my shopping for the kids day, but we were walloped by a big snowstorm. Also have to devise a menu for when the inlaws show up! Oh the pressure!
Oh and how do you look for search terms… re your comment? Will I be able to do that on blogger?
Me:I sent you an email on your gmail a/c. Did you get it regarding the blog stats?
Your kids are talented. Wonderful memories, na
So you all settled?
nice, asaaan…
dooood. christmas tree? you never put up a diwali tree. sniff.
ps: my sister is home!
Me:I light Diwali diyas. Have fun with her
The ornaments by kids surely make Christmas so much fun and special. Beautiful ornaments! My little one too made couple of things by herself and decorated the tree.
Me:Waves hello. My girls are now making snowflakes.
