You are right that weightloss is a mental game. Hell one day I feel super and one day i feel like a fat whale.....and my weight hasnt changed all that much in the last few years!

Me:Let me know how it goes

wow a size 10 or 8. Are these American sizes or the UK ones? How did you do that? Halve your size. I am super impressed. And I missed this out earlier, may I say, you look very very pretty. I do understand the mind set bit too. I do get it, but trust me that will change now as you hold on to your smaller size. Proud of you, and trust me I know exactly what you have been through, just hope to get where you are sometime.

Me: American sizes. which technically isnt all that true as well. Each designer has his own sizing chart. Sometimes even a 12 is tight and sometimes 8 is loose. All crazy. I have been working out for past 2 years. My weight loss has been over this time and only recently I have been happy with the way I look. Let me tell you 3 back to back pregnancies does a number on your body and self esteem.

I know what u mean about the mental image. I still look for XL clothes instinctively. I can be forgiven though because I have not gone down as much. Whats your excuse? There is no hint of a 'former-size-18' in any of your pictures. If it was like a million years ago then time to get over it. Also please dont imagine that non-existent double chin. Its not a magic mirror, you probably need glasses. You look fab. Believe it!

Me: It was 2 years ago. :) Thanks A

Hmm..I actually think you look slimmest in the May photos, except for the lower stomach - that looks flattest in the June pictures, but IME, but that could be the result of the weight training. A female friend who is very into weight training tells me that her size for tops went up, as her arms and upper body gained definition. She also says her bustsize went up - not cup size, just all around bust size. So don't focus on the size aspect - it's great that you're aiming for a marathon!

M (to whom the very idea of running/walking for 26 miles is complete anathema!) :-)

Me: Ha! A half marathon.. 13.1 miles not the full. That is downright scary. It will take me abt 5 hours to complete. Can you imagine non stop walking/running for 5-6 hours EEEK. Hmm abt my sizes, the measurements my trainer does shows everything went down except for my calves which went up.

You do see that your double chin has gone down from April to now right? Also, your arms seem more toned now. And your abdomen region too.
Overall, even if you don't see a BIG difference in your size/weight etc, I am sure you know how great you feel when you see that you have run 4 miles without taking a break!

I am going to try supersets...any suggestions?

Me: My arms I know for sure have lost their jiggle jaggle. I started wearing sleeveless after 10 years of NOT wearing them. My tummy too..but I am still looking at my flabby underarms or the side love handles and wondering when it will be gone, if it will be gone. I swear weightloss is a huge mental game as well. Ohhh Supersets, you try the one I posted above? Just use lower or heavier weights whichever you are used to?

Cheers to you for being at it woman! I see clear difference between the first and last pictures. You look more toned and more importantly you are able to do a lot more compared to earlier. If you with your super tight schedule can find time to do this, I have no excuse really.

Me: Thanks what do I call? BAM/BM/ B ;)... rofl :) How's the working out coming along?
