I dont think I have commented here before…if I had it was a long time ago.. anyways just wanted to let you know, Sometime ago you had mentioned about Coconut milk yogurt and how happy you were to find it. While I am not sure which store you found it, it seems to be in Sprouts. Please do check if you have one near you – and its on sale this week, atleast here in Texas. If you already knew this – sorry about the redundant information

Me: There isnt a Sprouts here. I think they are in Southern Ca and I know I saw one or two in CO. I just bought them yesterday at Safeway and made smoothies. Thanks for the tip though!

Me: Its yogurt for people who are allergic to dairy. For the rest of us, I throw in vanilla yogurt, frozen berries from Costco, 1/2 cup of orange juice and blend everything. Its really yummy.
