Shrug:Marshalls

Shoes:Coach ballet flats
I had Samar’s preschool Orientation brunch yesterday and thought the dress was perfect for it. It however made me feel quite fat in the middle. Like I had a 6 months tummy. I should look into getting one of those Spanx tummy tightener. I am sure they are uncomfortable as hell though.
After the brunch, I went and stood in line at Comcast store for 1.5 hours. They have been overcharging me since January. They need to refund me $480 something. I know partially its my fault for not realizing that I was still paying for extended cable but you know how it is, you get a bill and you pay it quietly. A manager will call me tomorrow. They better credit me the money.
After that, the girls and I went to a birthday party. At Chuck E Cheese.
Came home at 6 exhausted!
We watched Mother India last night with the girls. Avasha fell asleep mid way. She pointed out interesting things though, like when the dad leaves he has shoes but the mom and kids are barefoot. Ashwina thought the movie was weird. She thought the mom shouldnt have shot him in the back but aimed for the leg and he wouldnt have died.

AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGG. you look totally HOT! love it! and avasha looks beautiful!
Me:Thanks
tell ashwina that mehoob is turning in his grave as she speaks “yeh angle tau socha hee nahee” he mutters. good going lil’ critic, khalid mohammad should look for another job.
Me: You would love watching movies with my girls. They ask the funniest questions. Like Avasha asked, they were always hungry but they never are thirsty..rofl
This is very very pretty. The dress is very beautiful and the whole outfit suits you a whole lot !!!!!!!! This should certainly go on styleperdiem
Me: See I get confused about what to do. Post here, post there.. Arghh.. Thanks for the compliments though
Did you get another comment? If not, I typed a pretty long comment and ‘submit’ didnt work.
The dress looks cool and innocent.
Me: No I didnt. I have been having trouble leaving comments on blogspot.
The mother – daughter picture is sooooooo cute … I always love pics of mommy / daughters
This dress is sooo pretty! It suits you so very well (I want one like this too!!!!! But would prefer to accessorize it with some choker instead of beads..)
Me: Does it remind you of the chunari print salwaar/sareees? I think its made in India.
You look gorgeous in the first picture. Do you have a pony tail there? That hairstyle suits you. Your daughter is adorable, Sunita.
Me: Not pony, a special clip thing that I use to make a bun.
Looking hot! Totally love the ma-daughter pic. You’ll look so alike.
Me: really? Everyone says the kids all look like NK.
I’m so jealous of your dress- what abargain and so lovely!
So I have to get something to go…get in the car take the band off and eat. haha memories. :/
And about the tummy band thing…I wore one for 5 months after I had Bubba….it was uncomfortable as hell but it worked. I wish I could have worn it longer / wear it now….but I’m just too lazy…ahhh! The worse thing about wearing it out is that it’s so tight that I can’t eat very much
Me: You know in Singapore, after you have your baby, there is this special lady you can hire, she would come to your house, give you a massage and tie this band around your tummy. I was too tired to deal with it so I never got it done.
Hey hey hey! Pretty pretty! You look hot…and happening. Don’t wear those tummy tuckers, control tops, what have you ever please. They are soooooo tight and hold you in so much that you cannot breathe if you eat in them. Also, going to pee is a BIG PROBLEM.
Me: Hmm I never thought it would hurt to go pee. Nah, i wouldnt buy one. I love comfort too much for that.
The dress (colour combo, design) is gorgeous… I’ve just never liked the style where it cinches you in just under the breasts and ends up doing two things – making your boobs look gigantically out of shape, and making your stomach look like a balloon (and by “you” I mean “me”). I personally think that style only suits real skinny minnies
Me: And I am not a skinny minny. I know what you mean though about the cut of the dress.
You are looking great!
Me: Thanks
Nice dress and I’m sure the shoes were great too. I love those Coach ballerines you got at 25 bucks they’re a steal…
Me: My first Coach thing..hey you know the thrift stores here have tons of Coach bags as well and I always think how does one spot a fake.
very pretty dress dear
Me: Thanks M
Like the dress a lot! The way you used the blacks to go along is real good.
What sandals did you wear? The new $25 wala?
Me: yup that one.
And hey, go fight the hell out of them cosmcast people if they do not refund..they take their customers granted. We have been having problems too.
Me: Yes. Its a lot of money, I wouldnt give up so easily.
*whistles*
Oye hot stuff!
The dress is very nice. If Mother India is the movie I’m thinking about, I thought it was weird too
I am loving the dress. Next time, try it with some color, either as a cardigan or an accsessory. Avasha is super cute!
You both look fabulous!!
hot mamma and will defi be hot right now very cute daughter!!

Looking great in the picture with Avasha. She looks gorgeous as always.
Very cute dress….its been a while since I commented..how have u been?

I had no idea what ‘chunari print was until I read this in your reply to my comment!!
Yes, there are similar prints available here.. But I haven’t really seen any readymade dress similar to what you are wearing (Blame it on my laziness to go out and shop). Its really very feminine!
I did love your hair (I have something for hair tied up in a ponytail!)
And I also loved Avasha’s top! And her smile is super cute!
Me:Thanks Puja.
