I wore this dress/shirt with tights the last time (PG, see I do repeat my outfits) I like them better with my favourite jeans (which are becoming too loose,which is a good thing but these are the only ones I have which kinda tight). Do you see the red shoes? A friend gave them to me. She is a size 9 and this is a size 10. They fit BUT they are narrow and I am on a mission to stretch them. I googled and there are a few ways to stretch shoes. Or bring them to a cobbler,which might not be cost-effective. One way is to wear 2-3 thick socks and wear the shoes for 2-3 hours. Which sounds painful.Any ideas,anyone?

As for shoes, I was told by a cobbler here that a narrow width shoe will not stretch enough to become a wide width, if that is what you’re going for – the difference is too much. But do let me know if it works – have a couple of pairs of my husband’s shoes that have been put away, because of this problem – I found the shoes at a great price, and bought them without checking the width
Me: For this particular pair, its not that bad. If it just gives a bit, I could wear it really comfortably. Have you heard of stretching solution/spray? Kiwi sells it. However, on another site, the reviewer said it was just rubbing alcohol and then use heat. It all sounds very crazy and requires time. I might do involve the girls and do a science experiment.

Me: I actually did it for 1 hour yesterday evening with 2 pairs of Nk’s socks. It wasnt that bad. When I took them out, they felt looser but today they are back to normal.

Me: My front 2 teeth are horribly stained. Sigh. I hate them.A dentist huh..I have such a horrible fear of dentists. SO in honour of my first child free 2 hour time slot, I have made a dentist appt and a gynae appt the following week.The lipstick is Covergirl chocolate shine 505 bought at Target for $3.44. And the other one is Bronzed Shine 510. And I found at the Family Dollar Maybelline Forever Mettallics Lip Liner Cocoa Lights. I am using this one today. For one dollar, I think it’s awesome.

Yes and weirdly my butt, my thighs AND my abs were sore initially. Now not so much. I love it with squats n lunges! Also, I tried a tunic wth leggings and loved them! I should put a pic!

I have a private blog and hardly update. Just have too much in common with you when it comes to the two boys.
I have been experimenting a lot these days to see what works and what doesn’t . I completed the 8 week training for beginner for 10 k by Hal Higdon. Although I didn’t lose much in the beginning. I lost a couple pounds towards the end. Bu tI started writing down what I eat and it is helping me keep tabs on number of cheat meals I’m having every week.
Me: Nice. I find the journalling very helpful but I dont do it regularly.
Oh I have a 5k run next weekend. Last one for this year.
