I completed the 8 week training for beginner for 10 k by Hal Higdon. Although I didn't lose much in the beginning. I lost a couple pounds towards the end. Bu tI started writing down what I eat and it is helping me keep tabs on number of cheat meals I'm having every week. <em>Me: Nice. I find the journalling very helpful but I dont do it regularly.</em> Oh I have a 5k run next weekend. Last one for this year. <em>Me: Have a blast.
