Today, as I was getting ready to go work in Samar’s classroom, I looked at myself in the mirror for a few secs and said(not out loud) Not bad for a mom who was up at 6.45 7.00 7.08a/m, packed 4 lunches, made chai, washed breakfast dishes,got 4 kids ready all before 8.30a/m. I looked really good. Not at all like a char bach0o ki amma.
Top: Black woollen dress/shirt worn here. I washed it in the machine and it shrank, Opps. I bought it at Mervyns closing down sale. It was a fall like day here today.
Scarf used as a belt. I was in two minds about wearing a necklace. I tried my beaded one on and it just looked too glamourous and I was going to work in the classroom. I really didnt want the other moms to think I was snobbish bitch who dressed up even when working in the classroom.
