Nk left at 10 p/m last night. It was hard. The kids were sleeping and the house was so quiet after he left. I was really sad. I poured myself a glass of apple juice in a flute glass and ate Planters roasted nuts and chatted with Sonia. I then laid out the boys’ clothes and backpack for the next morning. I have to get everyone out of the door t 7.55a/m to be in time and avoid the middle school traffic. And Tues is also my workday at Samar’s preschool. I laid out my outfit and packed some of the snacks for the lunches boxes. I went to bed at 11.145 and was awake till 12.30 at least.
3 a/m. Samar woke up and was screaming for daddy to bring him to the bathroom
5.45a/m, Neil woke up and asked whether it was Saturday followed by is Daddy back.
6.15a/m, Avasha came into my room and woke up me and said she missed Daddy. I told her to climb into my bed and I pretended to go back to sleep.
It’s now 1.44 p/m and I am glad to say, we were on time for everything.M, I even had time to do my hair, drop the kids at school, come back home and then finish the back part of the hair.I would be leaving in a bit to go pick the girls up. We’ll come home, do homework and then go to the gym. I am going to skip the photography class today. Would be looking for a babysitter for next week’s class.

Hope things turn out alright. Seems like the first alone day was fine. Hope the kids don’t give you a hard time. One thing I’ve noticed with kids, if you are alone, they somehow get their act together and behave like the ideal children. I am sure that’ll be the case with yours too! You take care, that’s the hardest part.
Me: I think they will be fine. Its me.. the kids go to bed early and its normally me and NK time(and computer) time. Sigh…

and about the kids missing the dad.. i am sure the dad is missing you all too.. hope his dad is well now.. you now my dad is in air force and he had to go on trips when we were kid and we used to get fever everytime he would travel.. its not easy for mom’s i know…
