Then, NK calls and says something’s up at work and he cannot stay with Neil and I should rush right back instead of enjoying my lunch with the other moms.
The girls had an orthodontist appt, I cannot afford to get Ashwina’s teeth fixed.Its going to cost around $4500, the braces and expander ..a 18 month treatment course.
And we have bad news from India. Think good thoughts on Thursday morning as NK’s dad undergoes surgery.
I am tired and all I want to do is curl up and sleep.

Breathe easy dear..I know somedays seem so overwhelming…Hope the wisdom tooth related pain has eased. I wouldnt worry too much about the braces..I got mine at 21! Besides its best to have all your milk teeth fall off before u put Braces (at least that’s what most Dentists in India recommended)…but I aint no Dentist so am speaking for wat I went thru..Praying for your family..God Bless

hey i just wanted to tell u tht i got braces when i was 13 and even though they were suppose to fix my teeth after 5 years my smile is still crooked. thts partly my fault because i was too irresponsible but trust me a 13year old will not be responsible about what she wants to eat..we dont want to be burger and pizza and all tht stuff deprived most of our teen years! ashwina is even younger. so its best to wait

S underwent the orthodontic treatment too, 1.5 years ago
Actually, the orthodontist just told us at the last appt that he would prefer to stop treatment and wait until S has finished growing up and then correct her problems with surgery because this treatment hasn’t worked as much as he had hoped it would. Can your orthodontist give you an easy financing option? Ours did. Hugs to Ashwina – I know from experience that it ain’t easy. Hugs to you too.
