I didnt hit any of the estates/garage sales happening this week. Sometimes one needs a break
I did go to the thrift store after dropping Avasha off at a scrapbooking party on Sunday. Instead of heading home, I hung around and hit 3 different thrift stores.
I spent $7.99. I have been good. I resist the urge to buy yet another beautiful and cheap xyz.
I walked around the entire store. Fondling things, looking at the bottom for markings. Putting them back regretfully. I found a set of Lenox bowls that go from the freezer to the oven to the table. I dont remember the pattern name. It was 99 cents each and in very good condition. I wanted to buy them but do I really need more bowls. I put them back on the shelf regretfully.
I went around to the books and found these in vintage condition.
They are from June 83-85. Brand new pristine condition. Why did someone donate them? After keeping it all these years? Because they arent valuable? Or did a angry wife/mother just get pissed and threw it out. My internet connection wasnt working so I couldnt google whether it was valuable. I texted a friend and she didnt know either. I then just bought it, thinking I will list on CL. If it doesnt sell then I could use it to decoupage something for the boy’s room.
Here’s something I purchased a while ago. I think it was a garage sale find for fifty cents. I dont actually know what it is for but I use it to hold my sponges at the sink.
I bought this in Jan(going by the photo’s properties).
My kids are on Spring break this week. Wish me luck.

Why list them on CL ?? The kids will read them na ?
LOved the juice holder. Looks like a genie’s lamp
I have the same sponge and scrubber! Find that hilarious =)
Me: Same Same..
Don’t list the comic books. The boys will bless you once they’re old enough to dig them.
Me: So that means I cannot decoupage them. Hrrmmp
Forgot: Love the picture of you and Samar in the header, S. He looks adorable.
