Apparently when I am stressed, I rearrange my bar-cart. It was therapeutic putting away the cocktail glasses and deciding what I put on next.
I went to the church sale mentioned in last week’s ad. It was a decent sale. I bought this punch bowl with 10 glasses for $2. (J I think I can flip it and put a plate and use it as a cake stand)
and then I found this
I dont know why I bought it. It doesnt work very well.. but I might sell the other one and get this fixed and use this one..I know I know I am insane.

The pillowcase skirt I made.
Joining the party at Coastal Charm.

That skirt is adorable, you did a nice job. The sewing machine is cute too. too bad it does not work.
She looks like an adorable little darling in the dress. But why no smile?
Me: she was angry I made her miss her tv or something.
Hi ,
For a person who just learnt sewing , you have been churning out project after project! Looks awesome.
About the last post, my son is severly allergic to most nuts and carries epipen too. Had eczema in his first year and now mostly cleared up. He still has ashtma issues. the thing being …I share/understand your pain..I read a lot that in most cases allergies are wrongly diagnosed. If it worries you so much may be getting a second opinion from a diff dr might help ? .. hang in there ..Most kids they say grow out of it.
hugs,
krithiga
Me: I can only hope.
WOW! Great job on the skirt! Looks lovely
Sweet kid too
wow the skirt is really good!!
Me: Thanks. It was really simple, since it was a pillowcase.
hey how much will you sell it for? i might buy it from you. really need a sewing machine!
Me: You cannot be anon and expect me to reply to you. Especially me if you are in Canada.
Love the skirt..always love Avasha’s poses:)..So much trouble to pose for her mamma:)
You know, an entry level sewing machine is not that expensive. You shld just consider buying something new, that has some basic features and you know will work for your purposes.
Me: I am assuming this is for anon above and not me right? Hey what are some of you fav simple sewing blogs.
I love that you have a bar cart. It is just so lovely and the fact that some of it is thrifted is perfect. I don’t drink very much but I love the idea of having a bar in the house. Maybe a bar cart will work perfectly for us.
Me: I didnt drink much either but putting everything out in the open makes me want to make a cocktail every night.
Love the skirt. Nice and summery.
