Monday Moneysavers

I bought these copper kitchen scoops for $5(for all 3). I knew NK loved copper stuff but then something made me list them on my mom’s club list and I sold them! for $22. Nk was upset when he came home and I showed him the picture.

I used a bit of the polish and the scoops looked so shiny.

I went to one estate sale on Sat morning. This lady lived in a condo which had a wrap around balcony and the most amazing view of the bay. I found pinking shears, buttons, thread, new unopened tape, glitter, vintage buttons for $3. The whole thing. The cheapest pinking shear is at least $15. This is a good quality, made in japan wala. SCORE! This picture below is a mixture of things I found on Sat and today.

Various things

There were tons of things at this sale, Vintage pyrex sets, wooden stuff..all which I dont need. The guy told me that they were going to do a half off on Monday. I decided to go back today. The good things were all gone but I still manage to spend $7.

Interesting thing

There is knife, a stirrer, a pick and bottle/jar opener. You hang it on the wall. There is a sticker that says Made in Japan. Paid $1.

$2.50 for the lot

A wooden bangle, a travel sewing thing and another cocktail  forks collection.I am debating opening an etsy store and listing all the vintage stuff. I have sold tons on my mother’s club list, toys, books, baby stuff which I see for really cheap and I turn around and sell it(still cheap but a quick $10-$25  money in my pocket sale. But I never thought of selling it online. We’ll see…if and when I get time to do it.
